One of the very first beaches when travelling from south of Albania towards the town of Sarandë is the beach Plazhi Manastirit located in the region Vlorë. The beach is not that easy to reach because you need to take a narrow and quite steep road but it is made of concrete, so you have a better traction. Motorhomes can also go there but it should be a small one and if possible a four to four wheel drive, because some parts are quite tricky. You have a large parking place directly on the beach. The main surface on the beach are small pebbles mixed with some sand. The beaech is is 75 metres long and up to 15 metres wide. The water entry is very nice and swimming starts almost immediately. You have some beach infrastructure here, even a small children playground. A beach bar and restaurant are as well present here. Accommodation is also available directly on the beach in the form of a hotel and you also have a small camping.
