When driving up the coastline from Orikum towards the city Vlorë you have many artificial made beaches right beside the road. The same goes for the beach Vega which is very easy to reach with your vehicle. You can simply park beside the road or park on the parking places the beach provides. The beach is 150 metres long and up to 15 metres wide. The main surface is fine gravel, concrete and you also have some rocks. The water entry here is done either by using the water steps or by the beach. Swimming starts at around 10 metres. The beach is very organised and you have many beach services here available. A restaurant and a beach bar are located as well directly on the beach. Nearby you also have a hotel and some apartments.
