Strand Konijnenpad
Around the Belgium city De Haan U have numerous beautiful sandy beaches stretching for several kilometres down the Belgium west coastline. The region where this stretch of beaches is located is called West-Vlaanderen and the particular beach we are describing here is Strand Konijnenpad. You can get here with your vehicle, no matter what the type, also motorhome is ok, and simply park beside the road, in the best case only 50 m away. The access to the beach is very easy and also fine for handicapped people. On the beach you have several kilometres of length and a minimum of 50 m width available, at low tide even more. The water entry is very fine, although on some places it gets towards the water quite steep. The point of swim depends on the tide but it should be at around 30 metres. Beach infrastructure is almost not present here, except for one restaurant which is located directly on the beach. You have several options of accommodation in the surrounding area, mainly as camps.
