Strand Kandestederne is a very special beach near the city Skagen, up in the far north of Denmark. It is a very flat beach and you're even allowed to access the beach with your vehicle and actually drive on the beach itself. The region where this beach is located is called Nordjylland. No matter what the vehicle you are driving this beach is easy accessible. You have two options to park, either you do it by the road or on the beach itself. The total length you have at your disposal is several kilometres and around 50 m of width. The water entry is very nice and because of the flat seabed the point of swim is far out away and is at least at 100m maybe even further. The most beach infrastructure is by the parking place by the road before you enter the beach, in summertime a small bistro is here open. Nearby you also have a restaurant. Accommodation is also available nearby in the form of apartments or a hotel.
