Strand Rotes Kliff
One of the most pictures island Sylt beaches has got to be the beach Strand Rotes Kliff. It is fomous for 20 m high red cliffs and a sandy beach. The whole island is a popular German tourist destination, when it comes to beaches. It is located in the German region Schleswig-Holstein on the west German coastline where you can experience the North sea, which is part of the Atlantic ocean. The island Sylt is accessible either by train from German mainland, by airplane or by a ferry from Denmark. The main city on the island Sylt is Westerland, which is not far away from this beach. If you would like to spend a day on this beauty it is very easy accessible with any kind of vehicle, beacuse of the large parking place also for motorhomes. From the parking the beach is only 100 m away. It is a family type beach which is several km long, 100 wide, has lots of beach infrastructure adn is quite crowded in the high sesaon. If you get hungry or thirsty you have some restaurants on the beach. In the surrounding are there are many different accommodation possibilities, even a camping ground is included. Close to the parking place you also have a children playground at your disposal.
