Welcome to the beach Paralia Astir. It is located in the town of Alexandroupoli of the region Anatoliki Makedonia kai Thraki. It is a sandy beach, but you also have some pebbles mixed with in. The parking is only 50 m away from the beach, has a capacity of 70 vehicles, and it is located next to the road. The access to the parking is very easy, no matter what the vehicle. The tottal length of the beach is 300 meters, the maximum width is 15 meters. Inclination on the beach is normal, the water entry is comfortable and the point of swim is already at 3 meters.  Next to the beach there is a hotel complex with a swimming pool, a children playground and many other amenities. It's a family beach and suitable for older children, not so much for the small ones, because of the deep water. Accommodation is also available in apartments, rooms or in a camp, which is nearby.
