Velika beach

Montenegro is famous for its beautiful beaches. In the south of the country in the region Ulcinj there are a few very long sandy beaches. The beach plaža Velika is several kilometers long and up to 100 meters wide. The closest village is Doni Štoj. It is very easy to reach it with any kind of vehicle, and you can park on multiple parking places. The walk from the parking place to the beach is only 50 meters long. The inclination of the slope is normal, so is the water entry and swimming starts at around 10 meters. You have many beach infrastructure and services available here. Accommodation is also available on the beach directly, where you can rent some apartments or bungalows. A campsite is also present here.
