The south part of Montenegro in the turistic town Ulcinj you have very unique and special beaches which you won't find anywhere in the world. This whole area has a very rocky coastline and to enable the tourist to take a swim in the sea the locals have created a very special concrete beaches, with many terraces and wooden podiums. There are five of such beaches which are all a more adventurer type of user oriented, because of the high cliffs. And the first one is called plaža Albatros. This location is very easy to reach with any kind of vehicle and you have multiple options to park your vehicle. Either you do it by the road or on some private large parking places which cost a few euros per day. The length of the path to the beach depends on where you have parked your vehicle and it can be up to 500 meters away or only 100 meters. From the road to the beach you have to descent about 15 meters in height. This beach is separated in three smaller parts, the main surface is concrete on rocks, what is also the material of the terraces. You also have some pine trees there. All together the beach is around 150 meters long and up to 30 meters wide. The inclination is on some parts normal on some parts steep and on some parts it falls abrupt into the sea. You can reach the water by a ladder, by concrete steps or by jumping into the water. A beach bar and a restaurant are directly on the beach. You also have the main beach infrastructure and services available on the beach. Accommodation is also available in the background of the beach, where you have a hotel. Apartments are available in the city itself.
