Beach Miami
This sandy Montenegro beach which stretches from the town Ulcinj all the way down to the Albanian border is very special and unique. The main surface, which is here sand, has a healing effect for some illnesses. Because here is no industry, the water is very clean and the sand has a special mineral mixture of 30 elements, some of them slightly radioactive, which makes them also bioactive. The beach is located in the region Ulcinj, near the village Gjerana, and it goes by the name beach Miami. It is very easy to reach with any kind of vehicle and you have multiple options to park your vehicle, even under some trees. Because of so many camping grounds here around it is also very popular amongst motorhomes tourist types. The whole area around the beach is very organized and on the highest level. You have really a lot of beach infrastructure and services here. The beach is several kilometers long and more than 100 meters wide. The inclination of the beach is quite flat and because of that you also have a shallow water, which makes it ideal for small children. Because of the shallow water the point of swim starts at around 50 to 75 meters. Accommodation is on the beach directly available only in the form of a camping ground. Hotels and apartments are more in the background, but not far away.
