In the Montenegro town Ulcinj you have a sandy beach right in the center of the town. Ulcinj is located in the south part of Montenegro, not far away from the Albanian border. This location is very easy to reach with any kind of vehicle, there is even some space for motorhomes. The name of the beach is Mala plaža and it is a family-type beach. You can park your vehicle on multiple park places, mostly beside the road, on designeted parking lots. The closest one is just beside the road directly on the beach or a little bit far away where you have larger private parking places available. The beach is 400 meters long and on some places up to 50 meters wide. The inclination of the beach is normal. The water here is quite shallow and swimming starts at around 50 meters. You have a lot of beach infrastructure and services available directly on the beach. Many restaurants, coffee bars and all kind of shops are available directly on the beach. Accommodation is also here, mainly in the form of hotels and apartments. If you are a fan of water sports equipment, like paddle boats or kayaks, you can rent them on the beach as well.
