Strand Travemünde
If you're searching for an idealistic family beach, with a very large children playground and a flat water for your children to play in the water safely you should visit the beach Strand Travemünde. It is located near the famous and historical German town Lübeck in the region Schleswig-Holstein. This place is very easy to reach with any kind of vehicle, motorhomes can also park on the large parking place, which is some 300 meters away from the beach. Once you're on the beach you have 1 kilometer length and more than 100 meters of widness of brown sand at your service. The water entry is very nice and comfortable and because of the flat seabed the point of swim is at around 75 meters. This is a very touristic place, where you have many high standard beach services available, as well as many forms of restaurants. Accommodation is also available in many forms, and a tower hotel is directly on the beach.
